VigilSight AI is a proprietary product owned and engineered by RS Nexovate Technologies. Your video feeds remain 100% local on your network.
1. Zero Cloud Video Feed Storage Architecture
Unlike traditional security providers that upload continuous 24/7 camera video streams to external cloud servers, VigilSight AI processes video feeds 100% locally on your Edge local node or building router.
- Your camera RTSP video feeds never leave your local building router or edge server.
- No continuous video streaming data is transmitted, recorded, or stored on RS Nexovate Technologies cloud servers.
- Only transient 30-second encrypted alert video snippet evidence clips generated during verified threat events are processed for mobile siren delivery.
2. Minimal Account Information Collected
To provide active subscription services, user authentication, and alert notification dispatch, RS Nexovate Technologies collects minimal necessary account data:
- Account Data: Name, mobile number, email address, property type, and installation location address.
- Technical Telemetry: Camera stream count, camera heartbeat status (online/offline), and mobile app push token.
- Billing Protection: Payment transaction tokens processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay / Cashfree). RS Nexovate Technologies never stores raw credit card or UPI PIN numbers.
3. User Privacy Controls & Data Ownership
You retain full authority and ownership over your personal data processed by RS Nexovate Technologies:
- You maintain full rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your account records upon subscription cancellation.
