1. Software License Scope & Camera Compatibility

Subject to your subscription plan compliance, RS Nexovate Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run VigilSight AI software on your designated camera streams.

• VigilSight AI connects to your existing CCTV hardware via standard RTSP / ONVIF stream protocols.
• RS Nexovate Technologies does not sell physical camera hardware. You retain full ownership of your existing cameras, cables, and DVR/NVR units.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in VigilSight AI—including proprietary software code, AI smart system models, trademarks, logos, and UI designs—remain 100% the exclusive property of RS Nexovate Technologies.

3. Subscription Fees, 18% GST & 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Subscriptions are billed annually based on your selected camera stream count tier. In compliance with Indian tax regulations, all listed plan prices are exclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is added transparently at checkout. All subscriptions are covered by our 7-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee.

4. Lawful Usage & User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their CCTV cameras are installed legally on premises owned or authorized by them and comply with applicable local privacy laws.
